Order Processing Timeframe
We try to process every order within a span of 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and national holidays. Our team is committed to dispatching your orders as swiftly as possible. You'll be informed via email once your order is on its way.
Anticipated Delivery Times Update:
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, and shipping will take around 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery details will be provided during checkout & in your confirmation email.
Please note, these shipping times do not include the initial 1-2 business day processing period. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST on Fridays or over weekends will commence processing on the next business Monday. Our operations do not extend to weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to a select list of countries, with delivery times and costs varying by location. Some International deliveries could take 12-20 business days post-processing.

Order Cancellations
Accidental orders can be addressed by contacting us at support@getrestiva.com promptly. While we'll attempt to halt processing, shipped orders can not be refunded.
